Returns & Exchanges
We aim to make returns as simple as possible. If your item isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly refund full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and the packing slip included.
To request a return, contact us at info@lupur.com.au (or reply to your original return email) with your name, order number, and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours. Once approved, send your item to:

Exchanges
Due to our small-batch production, exchanges may not always be possible. If you need a different size or style, please reach out for assistance.
Our Policy
- Refunds are only available for full-priced items.
- Returns must be initiated and received within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Sale, outlet items, items bought with discount codes or store credit are non-refundable however can be exchanged for store credit.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations may occur. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced. Contact us with photos for assessment.
- Bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect or error.
- Lupur is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost items in transit, and we do not refund initial shipping fees.
- If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you’ve not received a refund, please contact us.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
