Refund policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. If for any reason your item isn’t quite right, we will gladly refund full-priced items that are returned and received within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags attached and the packing slip included. To request a return, please contact us at info@lupur.com.au (or reply to your original return email) with your name, order number, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange, along with the reason for your return. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours. Once your return request is approved, please send your item in its original, unworn condition, along with the packing slip to:

Please note that due to the small-batch nature of our garments, exchanges may not always be possible. However, if you need a different size or would like to explore an alternative style, please don’t hesitate to contact us for support.

Any garments returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Any garments that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Sale items or items purchased in the outlet are eligible for store credit only.
Items purchased with a discount code, promotional sale, welcome order discount, or store credit can only be exchanged for store credit.
Due to the nature of handcrafted garments, there may be slight variations in each piece. If your item has arrived faulty, we will issue a full refund or replacement where possible. Please contact us at info@lupur.com with photos attached for quality assessment.
Bespoke or personalised orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Please ensure that all returns are initiated within 14 days of item delivery, as items received outside this period will not be accepted.
Lupur is not responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot refund the initial shipping cost of your order. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
